Biographie:
Christoph Bantzer, geboren 1936 in Marburg a.d. Lahn, absolvierte seine Ausbildung als Schauspieler an der Max-Reinhard-Schule in Berlin; seine Lehrer waren Hilde Körber, Günther Hadank und Grete Mosheim. Erste Engagements führten ihn nach Wuppertal, Hamburg und an das Berliner Schiller-Theater. 1972–78 war er Mitglied im Ensemble des Deutschen Schauspielhauses Hamburg. 1985 engagierte ihn Jürgen Flimm an das Thalia-Theater in Hamburg. Neben seinen Theaterengagements wirkt Christoph Bantzer in zahlreichen Filmen und Fernsehproduktionen mit.
